Dan Corcoran

Director and Engineer

Dan comes from a family of heating engineers and having qualified in 2005 after completing a four-year apprenticeship, he has since worked full time within the trade.
Dan always wanted to be self-employed, following in his father footsteps, but knew it was important to have several years of experience first. In 2014 DPC Plumbing & Heating Ltd was born and he has been busy ever since because clients appreciate Dan’s attention to detail and neat workmanship.
On the rare occasion that he is not working, Dan is out enjoying time with his young family.

Maria Corcoran

Director

Maria does not know how to bleed a radiator or change a tap so luckily she brings to the company effective communication and organisational skills. Previously a Veterinary Nurse Manager, Maria is used to working to high standards under pressure so works from home running the diary and liaising with clients, tenants, suppliers and agents as well as being mum to hers and Dan’s 3 children.

Harry Burman

Heating & Plumbing Engineer

In Spring 2018 Harry joined DPC completing his apprenticeship in the Autumn, having previously worked for another heating company. Since receiving his Gas certification Harry has continued developing his knowledge also gaining the Unvented Cylinder and Oftec Oil qualifications. Keen, conscientious and hard working Harry is a great asset to the team and well liked by our clients. Harry enjoys football, cricket, going to festivals and travelling.

Callum Moore

Plumbing Engineer

Callum has been working in the industry since 2016 and after passing his plumbing qualifications in 2019, is motivated and ready to undertake a gas heating apprenticeship with DPC. Callum is a capable and tidy plumber who loves to travel, play football and spend time with his family and friends.

Amy Moore

Admin Assistant

Amy joined DPC in December 2020 and organises our annual boiler servicing bookings and reminders. Working with us part time, Amy has completed her BSC Physical Education Health and Fitness degree and is enjoying her last few months of Primary School PGCE teacher training. She loves dogs and enjoys training her springer spaniel Milo.
